Wellness has been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. I started my journey to radiance after a very trying time in my life, as typical for many people I was just looking for a place to grow. I finished my degree in Psychology and started running races.  I fell in love with moving my body, completing goals and smashed my way through learning many different diets and techniques promoted by the fitness industry. The truth is, none of that ever stuck with me. I could work out for hours and hours and count calories and seemingly look great, but I didn’t feel great. I have amazing dedication and discipline, I leaned on those a lot to stay “skinny”. My digestion has always been an issue, my skin used to flare up at times and I found sleep to be erratic and elusive. I experienced many injuries running most likely tied to inflammation.  I had the mentality that if I workout out hard enough I could justify alcohol or eating poorly sometimes. I was under the impression that food was just calories, not exactly life giving energy that I so desperately needed. I was often depleted, tired, dry and running on fumes. 

 

 I followed yoga and practiced off and on for years until it finally all shifted. I found space in my life and dedicated more time and growth to my personal practice. I dove into yoga training head first and got reunited with Ayurveda, which I had started studying in 2009. I rekindled my passion and got super interested in learning more holistic methods for creating the body I desired. I am home now, continuing to learn Ayurveda and coaching others into their best selves. I now view most physical body symptoms as choices and get really curious about how my lifestyle contributes to my quality of life. I am certainly still a work in progress, I enjoy life and readily admit I will always be learning and growing.

Dream it.

Visualize. I believe you know how you want to feel, you know where you want to grow, blossom and flourish. Create your dream life with intention to make it a reality. Using yoga and Ayurveda you will begin to understand subtle energies and how to harness the power of radical healing and exponential growth.

Cultivate it.

Action. Taking action results in change. Your first step? Cultivate an environment that supports you, guides you and encourages you to look inside, find your desires and create space for you to grow. Intentionally cultivate a culture of growth, one that is inclusive, decisive and accepting. 

Grow it.

Time. True lasting lifestyle changes take time, and plenty of it. Grow your daily habits until they create ease in your life. Allow the seed from your dream to cultivate and grow over time and space. Shift your thinking, your beliefs and align with higher conscious states.
